SHARON SLINGER
Director
Sharon is an award-winning founding Director of Constructing Rainbows, a diversity and inclusion consultantancy focused on the built environment. She had over 20 years experience working in construction and facilities management as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Sharon is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Yorkshire & Humber Board Member. She is also a committee member of the Construction Industry Council Diversity & Inclusion Panel and Yorkshire & Humber Board. Sharon's main focus is ensuring the industry is welcoming to all.

SIMONE BETRAM
Mentor
Simone is a Geotechnical Engineer with 13 years industry experience. Starting as a trainee engineer, she has benefitted from both informal and formal mentors from the outset of her career as a Built Environment professional.
